Our Wedding

Michelle and Anthony met in Wildwood, New Jersey the summer of 2021. It's safe to say music brought them together! While vacationing at the beach with a few band members, Michelle and her close friends Mimi &amp; Mike Naclerio and Bonnie West ventured out for a night of dinner and live music at the Old City Pub. They were looking forward to hearing the band Animal House and to seeing the band's longest running member/founder George Garcia. To their surprise, the skies opened and rain began to fall. It was at this time a handsome bartender emerged from behind the bar to save the day and close the windows (they were dining on the open porch) so they could enjoy their meal. This meant the bartender had to stand on tables and be seen by the beauty at the table closest to the bar. Michelle later found out Anthony did this on purpose "to get a closer look at her" and so that she would notice him! LOLSo the night began, the music was pumping and the place became crowded with smiles, fun and dancing! Before they knew it, Michelle and friends were dancing and singing along with George and the boys, all the while that handsome man behind the bar couldn't take his eyes off the "blonde across the way!” He was throwing winks and "air hearts" in her direction!! Michelle turned to her friends and said, "I think the bartender is hitting on me”, with an eye roll and a shy smile, she shrugged it off and the fun continued.Finally, the night came to an end and some of her friends returned back to their room. Michelle's friend Bonnie went over to the bachelor behind the bar and said, bluntly, "Okay, what's your deal?" He said, "what's up with the blonde?" So with a motion, Michelle made her way over to him and the two chatted for a bit. Anthony gave the ladies a ride home that night and Michelle quickly ran away, saying thank you for the ride, and left it at that!She was shy and she admits he gave her "butterflies." Within the next few days, Anthony took Michelle out on a proper date. ;)Upon returning, Michelle told Bonnie, I think I just met my husband!! The two laughed and suddenly their vacation time was extended a few more days...Michelle found herself visiting Wildwood a few more times that summer.. and just a few more times over the last four and a half years! The two will tell you, they met that fateful night and have talked everyday since. Sometimes God places you in a certain place, at a certain time for a very special reason!They have made it work through distance and good &amp; hard times, proving their love and dedication to one another.They look forward to a lifetime of love and happiness. They may have met later in life, but they are excited to spend every day of the rest of their lives together!
